- To upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security related to your account.

You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes, but all rights, title, and interest in the Service remain with ProVoice Ai and its licensors. 5. Restrictions on Use

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with other users' access.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its associated systems.
6. Payment and Pricing
Some features of ProVoice Ai may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Service as outlined on the website or as agreed upon during the registration process. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. ProVoice Ai reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with prior notice to users.
7. Audio Content
When you submit text to ProVoice Ai for conversion into speech, you retain ownership of the original text. However, ProVoice Ai may use the generated audio content for processing and performance improvements. ProVoice Ai does not store or retain any audio content unless you choose to save it. By using the Service, you grant ProVoice Ai a license to process and generate speech from your text submissions.
8. Privacy
ProVoice Ai respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Termination
ProVoice Ai may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if ProVoice Ai, in its sole discretion, determines that it is necessary. You may terminate your account at any time by notifying ProVoice Ai or using the account management features in your account settings.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. ProVoice Ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service or that it will meet your requirements. ProVoice Ai is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProVoice Ai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service. In no event shall ProVoice Ai’s liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
